How much does it cost?
Getting started as a real estate agent is more affordable than many people think. You’ll pay $70 for the state exam and $70 for your license, followed by membership dues for the WRA, NAR, and your local board. We’re here to help you navigate each step and understand exactly what to expect.

How Long Does it Take?
The time it takes to get licensed varies, as the required education is self-paced. Most students complete their course and pass the exam within 4–8 weeks, depending on their availability and study habits.
