It starts at $225 for sales up to $100,000, $325 up to $150,000, then increases by just $50 for each additional $50,000 in sales price. $10 Homestead Email (Optional)

Agents can choose to use a Homestead-branded email for a polished, professional presence. It’s simple to set up and fully supported—use it if it fits your business, skip it if it doesn’t.

$20 Listing Fee

This small per-listing fee helps cover administrative processing and ensures your listings are supported quickly and accurately—keeping everything streamlined and running smoothly.

$40 Lofty CRM

Lofty CRM is free for your first 6 months. After that, you can continue using the full platform for just $40 per month. This gives new agents time to settle in and leverage the system before any cost kicks in.

$60 Sign Install

This flat fee includes both the initial setup and the takedown, keeping your listing process simple and seamless.
