Originally opened in the 1970s as one of the first 100% commission brokerages in Wisconsin, Homestead has grown into a thriving company with six offices and nearly 300 agents. Despite our exponential growth, our commission plan has never changed—and today, agents benefit from that same agent-friendly model paired with modern tools, hands-on support, and a community-driven culture.

Nicole Borowski

Nicole Borowski is the Broker and Co-Owner of Homestead Realty, bringing a strong background as a former CPA at Northwestern Mutual. Since purchasing the brokerage with her husband Mike in 2019, she has focused on elevating agent support and building a truly collaborative community. Nicole lives in Oak Creek with their two children and is known for her genuine, people-first leadership style.

Michael Borowski

Mike Borowski is the Broker and Co-Owner of Homestead Realty, leading the brokerage with a strategic mindset shaped by his background in corporate finance. Since purchasing Homestead with his wife Nicole in 2019, he has focused on strengthening agent support, modernizing systems, and fostering a culture built on growth and collaboration. Mike also leads one of the top-performing teams in Wisconsin, ranked #2 statewide.
