There isn't one team, office or group responsible for a summer like this.

It came from agents across Homestead consistently showing up for their clients, navigating a changing market, answering the late-night calls, solving problems behind the scenes and getting transactions across the finish line.

Some were having their biggest months ever. Others were closing their first transactions. Some have been with Homestead for years, while others were just getting started.

Together, they created a record-breaking season.

Growth Without Losing What Makes Us Homestead

As Homestead continues to grow, one thing remains especially important to us: growth should never come at the expense of independence.
